Are you open on weekends or after business hours?

We can be, if you give us advance notice. We realise many jobs don't start or wrap between 9:00 and 5:00, Monday to Friday. Let us know when you want to pick up or return gear and we'll try to accommodate you.
Where do I pick up my order?

Most clients collect from Building B at Stray Vista Studios, 252 Frog Pond Ln, Dripping Springs, TX 78620.
Can I leave my personal vehicle in your parking lot?

Yes. Personal vehicles are welcome in the parking lot or the dirt driveway overnight.
Do you deliver?

Not at the moment — we don't currently offer equipment delivery on its own.
However, if you hire us as part of your production crew — director of photography, camera operator, 1st AC, gaffer, grip or another role — we can bring the gear to your location. See the crew →
Can I drive the grip truck?

We prefer an experienced, certified driver behind the wheel of the 3-ton grip truck. We have preferred grips, electrics and PA drivers available to fill whatever role you need.
Do you offer student discounts?

Yes — 20% off for currently enrolled college students with a student ID. Student discounts are subject to availability, and full-paying customers always take priority.

Do you offer discounts for micro-budget indie films?

We do, case by case and based on availability. As with the student discount, full-paying customers take priority. Tell us about the project and we'll see what we can do.
