Are you open on weekends or after business hours?

We can be, if you give us advance notice. We realise many jobs don't start or wrap between 9:00 and 5:00, Monday to Friday. Let us know when you want to pick up or return gear and we'll try to accommodate you.
Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is by appointment only. The pickup location is in Spicewood, TX. We'll send the exact address with your booking confirmation.
Do you deliver?

Not at the moment — we don't currently offer equipment delivery on its own.
However, if you hire us as part of your production crew — director of photography, camera operator, 1st AC, gaffer, grip or another role — we can bring the gear to your location. See the crew →
Can I drive the grip truck?

We prefer an experienced, certified driver behind the wheel of the 3-ton grip truck. We have preferred grips, electrics and PA drivers available to fill whatever role you need.
Do you offer student discounts?

Yes — 30% off for currently enrolled college students with a student ID. Student discounts are subject to availability.

Do you offer discounts for micro-budget indie films?

We offer up to a 30% discount on a case by case basis based on the production budget and gear availability. Tell us about your project and we'll see what we can do to help.
