High rollers are the backbone of any overhead rig. These American Grip 18-footers roll on wheels, so two grips can reposition a rigged 12×12 without striking it — the difference between a five-minute move and a thirty-minute one. The Rocky Mountain leg adjusts independently for stairs, curbs, and uneven lots, and the Junior receiver takes our biggest fixtures, from the Nanlux 2400B to the Aputure 1200x.

Each stand carries up to 60 pounds and includes a 4.5-inch grip head for arms and frame ears. We rent them as a pair because overheads need two points of contact — fly a 12×12 silk, a solid, or digital green between them and you've changed the light over an entire scene. Bag the legs generously; the sandbag package is built for exactly this.
